Residential Capital Partners makes real estate loans for rehab (fix and flip) projects, bridge rental acquisitions and long-term rental acquisitions. Our Fix and Flip Loan and Bridge Rental Loan programs offer 100 percent financing up to 70% of the After Repair Value (ARV) or Loan-to-Value (LTV), respectively.
We loan only to established business entities such as an LLC, Partnership or Corporation. We do not make loans to individuals. If you have not yet established a business entity, we require you to do so prior to funding your loan.
Regardless of the type of application you submit, please complete it in its entirety to avoid delays in processing. If you need to leave the application prior to completing it, submit what you have done to save your progress.
